A survey in the UK shows that a stable and regular life and a long-term partner are the source of male happiness, with around 37 years old being the happiest time in a man's life.
British men's clothing brand Jacamo surveyed 1000 men to understand their happiest moments and moments in daily life.
The results showed that in terms of the happiest time, 43% of survey respondents believed that the birth of a child was the happiest day of their life; 35% believe that getting married is the happiest time of their life; Another 18% said that seeing their favorite team "beat" their opponents is a joy in life. Other happiest moments in life include buying a new property, watching the national sports team win a major competition, proposing to a lover, completing full-time education, and purchasing a new car.
The survey results show that most men experience all these milestone events before the age of 37, so around the age of 37 can be considered a "happy age". Men in this age group have fixed partners, a happy and warm family, and three or two close friends to share happiness and troubles. They are far away from the anxiety of adolescence, and the so-called "middle-aged crisis" has not yet arrived, which is a good time in life. The survey results show that being with family is more enjoyable. Most survey respondents believe that being with their partners and children is the happiest time; Only 5% believe that spending time with colleagues is quite enjoyable.
