3、 Lymphatic infections, caused by inflammation of adjacent organs such as rectum, colon, and lower urinary tract lesions, cause prostatitis through the lymphatic vessels.
Acute prostatitis is characterized by acute onset and aggressive attack. The bacteria most likely to cause acute prostatitis are Escherichia coli, accounting for about 80%; The second is Aerobacter, Proteus, and other bacteria, accounting for about 20%. Among the ways in which bacteria invade, there is the greatest opportunity for later urethral inflammation to invade through the opening of the excretory tube near the seminal vesicle of the urethra through the prostate. If a man does not pay attention to external genital cleaning, bacteria such as Escherichia coli from the vicinity of the anus can easily retrograde through the urethral orifice, leading to urinary tract infections such as urethritis.
