The bamboo mat made of strip material is uneven or larger than the bed, which is easy to be damaged. Therefore, when laying the bamboo mat, the bed board should be kept flat to avoid damage. Before storage, the mat should be washed with clean water to remove the dirt, put it in a cool place for ventilation and drying, then rolled up, wrapped and bound with paper, and put it in a ventilated and dry place. In addition, it should also be noted that the bamboo mat should be rolled up with the mat facing outwards to prevent mildew or insect damage, and should not be rolled too tightly to avoid damage. Do not expose the mat or bamboo strip to the sun for sterilization after cleaning, which will easily make the mat or bamboo strip brittle and shorten the service life.
The straw mat is prone to mites. Before use and storage, it is best to expose the straw mat to the sun, repeatedly pat it several times, then wipe the dust with warm water, and then dry it in a cool place. When reusing the old straw mat the next year, it is necessary to wipe it with disinfectant or wash away the mildew spots with soapy water.
Before use, the bamboo strip mat can be mixed with some detergent with warm water at about 30 ℃, and washed with a soft brush once to prevent the direct burr of the bamboo strip.
