The waist is the home of the kidneys, and regular waist eye massage can prevent and treat chronic muscle strain, back pain, and other symptoms caused by kidney deficiency in middle-aged and elderly people.
1、 Rub the palms of your hands together until the palms are warm, then place them on your waist, palm them towards the skin, and massage your waist up and down until you feel the heat. It can be done twice in the morning and evening, approximately 200 times each time. This exercise can tonify the kidneys and nourish qi.
2、 Grip your hands into a fist suit, then use the protruding parts of the palmar joints of your two thumbs with your arms back to massage the waist naturally. Then, do a circular rotation massage inward, gradually applying force until you feel a slight sense of soreness. Continue to massage for 10 minutes, using it once every morning, before taking a nap, and at night.

Regular massage of Yongquan acupoint can benefit the essence and kidneys, strengthen physical health, prevent premature aging, and promote sleep. It has a certain therapeutic effect on dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, hemoptysis, nasal congestion, headache, etc. caused by kidney deficiency.
