4、 Microscopic examination of prostate fluid: Prostatitis can also undergo microscopic examination of prostate fluid. Generally, under a microscope, there are more than 10 white blood cells in prostate fluid in a high power field of vision, with a decrease in lecithin bodies, which can be diagnosed as prostatitis. If bacterial culture is also performed, accurate diagnosis and classification of chronic prostatitis can be made. If the bacterial culture result of prostatitis fluid is positive, chronic bacterial prostatitis is diagnosed; On the contrary, it is chronic non bacterial prostatitis.
5、 Prostate massage: Generally speaking, patients with prostatitis will have a full, enlarged prostate with a slight tenderness. "We can perform a digital rectal examination.
