What are the manifestations of obstruction caused by prostatic hyperplasia?
Obstructive symptoms caused by prostatic hyperplasia are:
(1) The number of nocturnal urination is closely related to the degree of prostatic hyperplasia. The increase of nocturnal urination indicates that the degree of bladder neck obstruction is becoming increasingly serious.
(2) There is an endless feeling of urination, or the end of urine drips, the urination is weak, and the urine line becomes thin. In severe cases, abdominal pressure is required for urination, and the urine flow is interrupted.
(3) Hematuria is also one of the common manifestations of obstruction.
(4) Urinary retention indicates that the bladder neck obstruction is relatively serious, which is a later manifestation of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The above obstruction symptoms occur. First, the bladder neck is compressed, and second, the bladder itself reacts to the obstruction.
