What do you care about giving you a team?
In a team, there are five types of people: scumbags, personnel, manpower, talents, and characters.
1. Scumbags are destructive elements who complain, cause trouble, form cliques, incite trouble, and eat inside and outside;
2. Personnel are those who only receive wages and do not like to do things, and are unwilling to do tasks unrelated to themselves, belonging to the category of mediocre people;
3. The manpower refers to the person who arranges what to do and never does it unless arranged, waiting for orders to be given;
4. Talent is someone who works from the bottom of their heart every day, with a sense of responsibility, thinking, and organization. They know that the company's work has been done well, benefit themselves, and genuinely worry about the company;
5. [Character] is a person who is fully committed, thinks and does things with their soul, and is determined to do something with the enterprise!
The personnel are meticulous and need guidance,
Talents focus on the present, while characters look to the future!
Development depends on talent, and growth depends on people!
