Take a break and find a place to take a nap

Finding a quiet place, lying down, stretching out, and taking a nap is even more enjoyable. If your office doesn't have this kind of qualification, at least take a nap while you're busy. You can adapt to local conditions——
For example, go to your car and have a cat sleep. Alternatively, choosing a quiet corner of the office, a U-shaped neck pillow, a waist cushion, and leaning back on a chair with your eyes closed for 20 minutes can also be helpful.
