The emergence of homosexuality is a complex issue. Apart from the physiological factors of homosexuality, I believe that no set of theories is fully applicable to all homosexuals, as each homosexual has different family backgrounds, life experiences, personality, etc. However, in the process of tutoring homosexuals, we have found that they all have two very significant similarities: alienation from same-sex parents and sexual abuse at an early age.
Of course, this is only an analysis of homosexuals with psychological disorders, while the emergence of other types of homosexuality is still puzzling. However, it is certain that such spontaneous or natural homosexuality is normal behavior, not abnormal.
1. Estranged from same-sex parents
Before Dr. Elizabeth Mobley published her monograph, many psychologists and psychiatrists believed that homosexuality arose because homosexuals had too close relationships with heterosexual parents, leading them to identify with heterosexual parents rather than with them. In addition, homosexuals also seek asylum from men in line with their mothers' psychology.
The statistics of these psychologists and psychiatrists also show that the mothers of gay men mostly belong to the category of overindulgent, independent, and aggressive. Most of their fathers are introverted, unsmiling, and have less intimate or even distant relationships with their children.
2. Sexual assault
For women, the men who violate them may be their neighbors or family friends. These people should be their protectors. Once they are violated by the person who should protect them, they will lose all trust in these people and all the men in the world.
Naturally, they also hate and dislike these people. In order to protect themselves, they will completely exclude these people from their inner world and no longer have any trust in them. But we all know that it is a natural psychological state for women to demand protection. Without the protection of men, they will turn to the same sex. If the same tendencies exist among the same sex they know, it is easy for two people to become homosexual.
