There are benefits! Teaching of Kidney Tonifying and Yang Strengthening Massage Techniques
According to the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, women experience a decline in the Yang Ming pulse during the May 7th period, while men experience a decline in kidney qi during the May 8th period. From an age perspective, kidney qi aging occurs in women from the age of 35 and men from the age of 40, indicating that people should pay attention to kidney maintenance in these age groups. Good lifestyle habits are very beneficial for nourishing the kidneys, such as getting enough sleep, getting plenty of sun exposure, avoiding cold and warm temperatures, eating regularly, and avoiding excessive weight loss. It is also important to exercise appropriately to avoid sweating profusely. If the above can be achieved, it can effectively protect the kidneys, maintain yang qi, and spend winter happily and healthily.
