(1) Pressing and kneading the Shenshu:
Sit in a seated position, clench your fists with both hands, extend your upper limbs back, and tightly press the kidney shu points on your waist with your thumb, palm, and finger joints. Rotate and massage for 1 minute to relieve soreness. This technique is commonly used to prevent and treat symptoms such as enuresis, ejaculation, impotence, menstrual irregularities, vaginal discharge, low back pain, tinnitus, and deafness. Shenshu point opens two transverse fingers next to the spinous process of the second lumbar spine.
(2) Palm rubbing on the waist:
Sitting, extend both upper limbs back, place the palms of both hands on the waist, and rub vigorously up and down until the movement is fast, powerful, and hot. This technique can strengthen the waist, kidneys, ears, and eyes. Commonly used to prevent and treat lumbar muscle strain, lumbar bone hyperplasia, kidney deficiency, waist and knee soreness, tinnitus, deafness, visual impairment, hair loss, ejaculation, impotence, premature ejaculation, enuresis, prostate enlargement, and other diseases.
(3) Transverse rubbing of the lumbosacral region:
Sitting, place the palm of one hand above the posterior superior iliac spine on the same side, and then rub horizontally to the opposite side, repeating the operation for about half a minute. This technique has the effects of igniting fire to restore vitality, strengthening the waist and calming the nerves, and has preventive and therapeutic effects on lumbosacral pain, lumbosacral arthritis, enuresis, impotence, premature ejaculation, ejaculation, menstrual irregularities, increased vaginal discharge, prostatitis, dizziness, insomnia, and hemorrhoids.
(4) Percussion of the lumbosacral region:
Sitting with one upper limb extended back and holding an empty fist. Gently tap the lumbosacral area with the back of your fist for about half a minute. The function and prevention and treatment of this technique are similar to the transverse rubbing of the lumbosacral region.
