Men all hope to have a healthy body and strong sexual ability, and such men are more favored by women. However, in life, many men tend to do things that are not conducive to their reproductive health. Below, the editor will take a look at these things that men should not do.
1. Drinking alcohol. Alcoholics have a 56.6% decrease in sperm density. Heavy alcohol consumption can lead to a decrease in testosterone synthesis and impaired sperm production in men.
2. Smoking. The nicotine, carbon monoxide, cadmium, lead and other toxic substances in the smoke are easy to damage the spermatid in the testis. Research has shown that smoking 20 cigarettes a day results in a sperm survival rate of less than 50%.
3. Long term sitting, sitz baths, saunas, or wearing tight pants. These behaviors can affect the heat dissipation function and blood circulation of the testes, increase the local temperature of the testes, and hinder sperm production. Soak in warm water at 43 ℃ -44 ℃ for 3 consecutive days for 20 minutes, and the sperm density decreased for 3 weeks.
4. Long term electromagnetic radiation. The radiation generated by being too close to the TV or being exposed to the computer for a long time can affect the function of sperm production.
5. Eat celery, soy products, etc. Foreign studies have found that after eating a certain amount of celery for several consecutive days, the sperm count of young and middle-aged men significantly decreases, and it gradually returns to normal after 4 months of stopping eating celery. In addition, consuming soy products every day can significantly reduce the number of sperm in men.
6. Eat cottonseed oil. Taking cottonseed oil can cause cell damage, testicular interstitial fibrosis, vascular thickening and testicular autoimmune diseases.
7. Riding too many bicycles or horses. Excessive cycling and horseback riding can cause chronic strain and congestion of the prostate and other accessory glands, affecting their function and exacerbating chronic inflammation.
In fact, the things mentioned above are things that many men do, but they don't pay attention to themselves. However, these are considered very ordinary things that can become the biggest killer of your reproductive health. Therefore, the editor hopes that male friends must pay attention to gender health work and minimize the occurrence of these things.
