Are you a person who says you can leave? In my impression, I started to enjoy traveling alone very early on. Because of one person, it's easiest to say 'go' and leave! There is no need to wait and there are no obstacles.
Even during elementary school hiking, I can find a way to get out of the team and enjoy the fun of walking alone. I remember when I was promoted to fifth grade, I learned that my class supervisor from third and fourth grades had been transferred from Taichung Xinshe to another remote school in Miaoli. My classmates and I arranged to visit him during the holiday.
A few children took a slow train to go there, but later due to a time difference, we didn't meet the teacher and could only hang the gift on the doorknob of his dormitory. As a withdrawn person, I ended up running away alone, perhaps wanting to digest my disappointment and return to my heart alone. But it worried my colleagues for a long time because they thought I was lost and missing. Whether it's actual sightseeing or abstract life journey, I often get lost. Fortunately, I am also willing to take the initiative to ask for directions, so it's not long before I deviate from the right path, and I can get lost and return to the right path.
After winding a path of injustice, but instead browsing the scenery outside of the plan, I can always comfort myself with a sense of mockery and the desire to stop losing and stop bleeding.
As you grow up, Aquarius' adventurous personality remains unchanged; But as my mind matures, I seem to know how to prepare more or more fully before starting.
At least, the most basic supporting measures are to book meals, accommodation, transportation in advance, contact a few local friends, and buy insurance for myself before leaving the country that can help my family have no financial burden... But it completely does not hinder my desire to leave as soon as I say.
The less preparation you have in advance; The more you get afterwards
When I first went to Paris at the age of 30, the internet was just beginning to sprout and there weren't many blog posts to share experiences or professional travel information. At that time, I only bought a plane ticket and brought a travel guide to set out.
During that trip, I experienced a valuable experience: the less preparation I had in advance; The more you get afterwards. As for what was gained afterwards? May be valuable friends who have experience, lessons learned, or are willing to lend a helping hand in a timely manner
I gradually realized that the more I want to prepare until everything is safe before going on a trip, although my personality is meticulous, considerate, and unmistakable, it may also be due to a lack of internal security, and I must rely on a lot of preparation to make myself feel at ease.
However, there is another possibility that after accumulating enough experience, there is no need for too much preparation and intuition is already foolproof. That is relative confidence in mentality, and it has nothing to do with actual preparation.
For example, should I bring a toothbrush when traveling? Based on experience, it is known whether local restaurants will provide services; Even if you don't bring a toothbrush, you can still buy it at nearby convenience stores or small shops; Or comfort yourself: If you haven't brushed your teeth for a few days, it's okay to rinse your mouth!
Just like participating in a singing competition, although the more you practice singing and have more stage experience, the better your performance on the stage will be.
However, there is also a type of singer who is naturally born, even if they do not practice singing regularly or have little stage experience, once they stand on the stage, they can shine brightly! That's because: he really likes singing. When his love for the music itself exceeds his sense of gain or loss in the success or failure of the competition, he will show ease.
Perhaps only a small number of people are born singers; However, I believe that most people are born travelers. On the surface, we learn about the world through travel; In fact, we understand ourselves through experiencing the world. Every step you take outside brings you closer to your own heart.
The farthest horizon is always in the nearest heart
I have traveled to over 30 countries and enjoyed the scenery of life. Some past events, perhaps unbearable to look back on; Some memories, longing to revisit old places.
After 20 years, I returned to Paris. It is still full of vitality, accumulating richer internal energy, and carrying more travelers from all over the world. And even though I have added a lot of life experience and rational judgment, I am still attentive, sensitive, and sentimental.
In contemplation at the pyramid in front of the Louvre, jumping in front of the Stravinsky fountain square next to Pompidou, listening to the sound of prayer bells in the Sacred Heart Church, temporarily letting go of everything in the outdoor coffee shop... I silently watched the eternal sunlight move inch by inch, recognizing that clouds are the most unhindered travelers.
Sunshine and clouds, they seem to have agreed to leave as soon as they say! Relying on each other and accompanying each other, waiting for each other to chase, even if the clouds turn into raindrops, the sunlight still accompanies and waits behind the thick clouds.
After many years, getting to know many people, and experiencing many things, I have finally come to understand that the so-called 'go as soon as you say' actually has three different levels, reflecting the traveler's current mood or his deep-rooted personality:
1. Because we are fully prepared, we can say we can leave immediately.
2. Being unrestrained and unrestrained, it comes with pleasure, regardless of whether it's three or seven or twenty-one, just leave as soon as you say.
3. Faced with the regret of life's impermanence, sighing and saying goodbye before it's too late, let's go.
The above three different types have all appeared in different stages of my life. No matter what kind of person you are, in the flow of time, we are all born travelers. Even if you don't want to leave, time will still push you away.
Years later, returning to Paris seemed to overcome all difficulties and be as natural as a whistle. I finally understand the true meaning of this sentence: the present is the departure; Turn your mind and you can start your journey.
