How to care for the testicles after cryptorchidism operation? Experts said that patients should pay attention to the following points for postoperative care of male cryptorchidism:
1. Check the mind and pupil of the child after the operation. If the mind is not fully awake, go to the pillow and lie flat with the head tilted to one side to prevent aspiration;
2. Give ECG monitoring, low flow oxygen inhalation, monitor body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, and deal with abnormalities in time;
3. The connections of the infusion tube should be closely connected, and attention should be paid to protecting the limbs of the infusion to avoid the restlessness of the child when he is fully awake. Pull out the indwelling needle tube, and use the infusion pump to control the infusion speed if necessary to ensure the liquid intake;
4. After the operation, the patient should lie flat for 10~14 days, and the affected lower limb should be extended to avoid increasing abdominal pressure and affecting the healing of the operation site. If the patient is in the semi-lying position, a soft pillow should be placed under the knee to relax the abdominal muscles and reduce the abdominal tension. Do not bend the hip joint when lying in bed to avoid testicular retraction caused by testicular traction relaxation;
5. You can have a liquid diet 6 hours after the operation, and a diet with easy digestion and high fiber content on the second day, and pay attention to drinking more water and eating more vegetables and fruits. Because of the long time in bed after the operation, the intestinal peristalsis is slow, and the water is absorbed by the intestine, causing dry stool and constipation;
6. Keep the wound dressing of the perineum clean and dry. If it is wet, notify the medical staff to replace it in time to prevent the infection of the incision. If the wound pain is severe, use deep breathing, breathing and other methods to relieve the pain. If it is ineffective, give an appropriate amount of analgesics and sedatives to relieve the pain. At the same time, add nursing intervention measures such as touching and words comfort;
