How should men keep their testicles healthy?
Scrotal mass
Most scrotal masses are cysts caused by abnormal accumulation of body fluids. Some of the masses will gradually disappear, but some need to be removed surgically. If a lump is found to persist for a long time, it is best to see a doctor as soon as possible.
For young men and adult men with testicular or scrotal cancer, the initial symptom is usually the formation of a mass in the scrotum. For this type of cancer, the earlier it is found, the easier it is to cure. So the doctor recommends that men should do some routine tests on their testicles regularly from the age of 15. In some community medical centers, there are special departments to teach you how to conduct testicular self-examination. Men who have reached the age of 15 should actively contact with these departments. Of course, they also hope that sex educators in schools can train teenagers.
Testicular carcinoma
Testicular cancer is different from other types of cancer. It mainly affects the normal function of the testis. If it is found early, it can be easily cured as long as it is treated properly. The age stage from 15 to 40 years old is the multiple stage of testicular cancer. If there is a mass in the scrotum, it is best to see a doctor and insist on doing some routine testicular self-examination every month.
Testicular cyanosis
When the penis is erect for a long time without ejaculation or the penis becomes soft after ejaculation, you sometimes feel testicular pain, which generally does not last too long, and will return to normal after a few hours.
Testicular pain
If there is only one testicular pain, there may be many reasons.
(1) Pain occurs infrequently and occasionally;
(2) It may be because the erection time is too long and there is no ejaculation;
(3) It may be caused by the tension of the pudendal muscles, which can be solved by taking a hot bath;
(4) It may be swelling and pain caused by wearing too tight pants;
(5) It may be caused by bacterial infection. If it is caused by bacterial infection, there will be obstacle in urination. It is recommended to see a doctor.
If the pain does not disappear, but becomes more serious (such as obvious changes in the shape of testicular parts, lumps, hyperplasia, etc.), you must go to see a doctor.
