Strictly speaking, prostatitis is not a single disease, but a syndrome. It is a clinical syndrome characterized by urination and pelvic floor muscle pain with prostate. From the perspective of prostate classification alone, it can be seen that it is more complex. For example, prostate classification can be divided into type 1 prostatitis, acute prostatitis, bacterial prostatitis, and type 2 prostatitis, It is chronic bacterial prostatitis, and there are three types of prostatitis, which are divided into Type 3A and Type 3B. Type 3A is non-bacterial and inflammatory prostatitis, Type 3B is a non-inflammatory and non-bacterial prostatitis, and there is also asymptomatic prostatitis. For the treatment of prostatitis, how can prostatitis be cured?
At present, there are four criteria for the treatment of prostatitis:
1. Self-symptoms disappear: Generally, prostate patients will have symptoms such as urgency, frequent urination, endless urination, and sexual dysfunction. When prostatitis is completely cured, these symptoms will basically disappear.
2. The digital examination of the prostate and rectum is completely normal or significantly improved: for example, the digital examination of the prostate and rectum is a sign to judge prostatitis. The prostate patients will obviously feel very hard or large when they do the digital examination of the rectum. When these are normal, it means that the prostatitis has basically recovered.
3. Normal localized segmented urine examination: patients with prostatitis will have corresponding symptoms when performing localized segmented urine examination. After the prostate recovers, white blood cells and red blood cells will return to normal.
4. Prostate fluid examination is normal: the most important thing for prostate patients to cure is the examination of prostate fluid. Generally, if the bacterial culture of prostate fluid is negative, and the lecithin body and white blood cells are normal, it means that the prostate has been cured.
In addition, according to the current level of medical development, it can be cured, but the premise is that in a regular hospital, after standard treatment, there is enough course of treatment, as long as the symptoms are significantly reduced or disappeared, the prostate palpation is normal or significantly improved, and the prostate fluid returns to normal more than twice. Therefore, the modern cure standard seems to be limited to the disappearance or obvious reduction of symptoms.
