Chronic prostatitis is a very confusing disease with a very high incidence rate (4%~25%). Nearly 50% of men will suffer from the effects of prostatitis symptoms at some time in their lives. According to clinical symptoms and laboratory tests, chronic prostatitis is often divided into the following four types.
Lower coke damp heat type
Eating tobacco and alcohol is spicy or contaminated with filthy poison. Traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations: Longdan Xiegan Pill, 6g each time, 3 times a day, 7 days as a course of treatment.
Qi stagnation and blood stasis type
It is caused by prolonged illness, obstruction of collaterals, or falling, sitting and flashing, or fiery phase, and stagnation of turbid essence. The course of the disease is long. The symptoms include urgency of urination, frequent urination, or obvious pain in the perineum. The pain leads to testicles, penis, and less abdomen. The prostate texture is hard or has nodules, and the amount of white urine at the end is small, or the urine drips and is astringent and painful, or the blood essence of the naked eye can be seen. The prescription is Taohong Siwu Decoction or Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction plus or minus, and the medicine is peach kernel, safflower, Chuanxiong, angelica, red peony, Wangbuliuxing, Lulutong, Yuanhu, achyranthes bidentata, etc.
Traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations: Qianliexin capsule, 5 capsules each time, 3 times a day, 15 to 30 days as a course of treatment.
Kidney deficiency and essence deficiency type
It is caused by weak endowment, serious illness and long illness, or excessive labor in the room and depletion of kidney essence. Prostatitis is accompanied by prostatic hyperplasia, urgency of urination, frequent urination, increased nocturia, tumefaction of the lower abdomen, wet scrotum, or sexual dysfunction, impotence, premature ejaculation, etc. Prescriptions include Jisheng Shenqi Pill or Zhibai Dihuang Pill plus or minus, medicinal plantain seed, Alisma orientalis, Poria cocos, Chinese yam, jujube peel, prepared rehmannia glutinosa, tablet, cinnamon, phellodendron amurense, Wang Buliuxing, pangolin, etc.
Traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations: Qianlie Huichun Capsule, 5 capsules each time, or Quanlu Pill, 6 grams each time, 3 times a day, 15 to 30 days as a course of treatment.
Virtual with real
The body is weak, or the attack is too much, resulting in the failure of opening and closing, and the bladder is filled with water. Symptoms include hyperplasia of the prostate with prostatitis, frequent urination, endless urine, excessive nocturnal urination, sore waist and knees, less abdominal pain, and even constipation. Fangxuan Longbi Decoction and Wuqin Powder, plus or minus, are used for medicinal purposes such as Xianling Spleen, Cinnamomum cassia, Evodia rutaecarpa, Codonopsis pilosula, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma polygonati, Plantago seed, Fructus vaccae, Pangolin, Bixie, Sangbai, etc.
Traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations: Longbishu capsules, 4-6 capsules each time, 3 times a day, 15 to 30 days as a course of treatment.
It should be reminded that if there is no dripping of urine from patients with urosis, they should be treated by catheterization or consult with a surgeon for surgical treatment.
