Fanger Eucommia powder 10g, pork loin 1 piece. Wash and cut the zuo waist, then mix in the chopped eucommia, wrap it in lotus leaves, simmer until cooked, and serve. Fangsan Chinese wolfberry leaves 20g, mutton 60g, sheep kidney 1, japonica rice 100g, scallion white 2 roots. The goat kidney is first cut open, washed and chopped, and then the medlar leaf is boiled for juice.
