Why do men have kidney deficiency? Experts have pointed out that kidney deficiency is a comprehensive concept of multiple syndromes caused by deficiency of kidney essence, such as mental fatigue, dizziness, tinnitus, forgetfulness, alopecia, lumbar spinal pain, ejaculation, impotence, male infertility, female infertility, menopausal syndrome, and other diseases. The reasons for the formation of kidney deficiency can be summarized in two aspects, one is due to insufficient innate endowment, and the other is due to acquired factors.
1、 Congenital factors:
From the perspective of congenital factors that cause kidney deficiency, the first is a weak innate endowment. The chapter of "Lingshu Shoutian Rigidity and Softness" states, "In human life, there are hardness and softness, and there are weakness and strength." Due to the weak and sickly parents, pregnancy occurs when the essence and blood are deficient; Or having sex after drinking and becoming pregnant; Or become pregnant after the age of 50 when the strength of the essence decreases significantly; "Or both men and women are not old enough, and their physical development is incomplete. That is, they become pregnant during early marriage, or have too many children, resulting in excessive depletion of blood essence;"; "Failure to recuperate during pregnancy, lack of fetal gas, and so on can lead to deficiency of kidney essence and qi as an important reason for the formation of kidney deficiency syndrome.";
Secondly, if the function of the kidney to store sperm is abnormal, it will lead to abnormal sexual function, decreased reproductive function, and affect reproductive ability, which can lead to physical deficiency and decline in the next generation, or congenital malformations, dementia, defects, infertility due to oligospermia in men, premature ejaculation, amenorrhea and infertility in women, miscarriage, habitual abortion, and so on.
2、 Acquired factors:
(1) Cruel competition and excessive pressure: The confusion brought about by modern civilization has caused most people to bear enormous physical and mental pressure, resulting in physical and mental fatigue and energy decline, leading to insomnia, loss of appetite, fatigue, irritability, irritability, irritability, neurasthenia, and other symptoms of kidney and brain deficiency.
(2) Disordered life: Smoking, drinking alcohol, working and resting without a certain regularity, and excessive fatigue can damage the kidneys and lead to kidney deficiency.
