Sleep is the first important thing in life. People who stay up late, regardless of gender, have kidney and liver injuries, and both qi and blood are depleted. Looking in the mirror, their faces are covered with ashes. Don't practice anything, wait till you die. Therefore, it's okay to get up early, but not to go to bed late. Especially for people who always feel depressed, it is certain that they sleep too late, hurting the liver, essence, and gall bladder. Such people often have poor eyesight, cloudy moods, and few happy moments (their lungs are also affected, and they don't vent). They sleep late, and cannot recover during the day. If they recover, they also hurt their blood and qi. Believe it or not.
Diet: Better hot than cold.
Especially in summer, do not eat cold food; It's okay to eat cold food in winter, but you can't eat it in summer. If it's hot in summer, drink hot water, and you'll feel comfortable after sweating. Especially in summer, you can't drink cold beer. This is the source of all diseases. After drinking it, "all five internal organs are damaged, and all diseases cluster together.". Don't drink soup often, it can hurt your stomach. People who drink soup often suffer severe stomach gas damage. The way southerners make soup is actually unreasonable. It doesn't matter if you drink occasionally, but if you drink often, your body will become very weak.
3. Warm your feet before going to bed.
4. Drink a bowl of hot Congee in the morning, just some pickles, and don't eat anything else.
If there is no Congee in the morning, at least drink a bowl of boiled water, the hotter the better. Take a sip and there's nothing wrong with scalding. This is a method of "refining Tianjin and transforming essence". You can't find it in the book. It's all folk stuff.
5. Protect the essence.
This one requires even more death. The above requirements, the first and last, must be observed.
Specific methods:
1. Rub the feet to cure the five internal organs.
If you have time, rub your feet, plantar plates, and toes together. If you rub them together, your kidney qi will increase, and all diseases will be eliminated. Rubbing your feet is actually rubbing the five viscera and six internal organs. Enough time to rub for half an hour; Not enough time, a few minutes is okay. This method is simple and essential, and should not be ignored as a minor skill. In fact, some people may feel energetic on the day they rub their feet.
2. Reverse.
Take 108 steps backwards in the morning and evening. If you are in poor health and suffer severe losses, you should work harder: get up at 3 a.m., find a place where a car can't hit, and walk 10 kilometers backwards. Walking doesn't count, not to mention running. You must go backwards to count. After leaving, drink a large bowl of hot Congee (glutinous rice or millet porridge is OK), eat some pickles, and can't eat anything else.
3. Stretch the calf belly.
Just sit in a place, hook your toes back hard and push your heels forward (with your calves tight), then relax and return to your original position, counting once. So, do it 108 times. Then, pull your heels back hard and your toes forward hard (at this point, the front of your lower leg is tense), doing 49 times.
4. Exercise your waist.
Some people say that Neijiaquan cannot practice waist. This is a layman's remark. Neijia Boxing not only requires waist training, but also waist training. And there are many methods. Introduce a simple and practical method. Lean back 21 times, then hit the waist with both hands 49 times. Do this repeatedly, making sure your waist heats up. Then massage for 5 minutes. Don't underestimate this action. People's "energy" depends entirely on it! Some people may have been able to fart a few times, when the door of their lives caught fire and the cold air arched out.
