Drinking tea after drinking will damage the kidney. The six taboos of drinking tea should not be ignored
There is a lot of knowledge in drinking tea. Yu Kang, the chief physician and professor of the Nutrition Department of Beijing Union Medical College Hospital, reminded us that we should not only drink tea, but also drink the right tea.
1. Don't be greedy for new tea
From the perspective of nutrition, the nutritional composition of fresh tea is not the best.
New tea refers to tea that has been picked for less than one month. Because these tea leaves have not been placed for a period of time, some substances that have adverse effects on the body, such as polyphenols, alcohols, aldehydes, have not been completely oxidized. People may have diarrhea, abdominal distension and other uncomfortable reactions after drinking.
New tea can also stimulate the gastric mucosa of people, which is easy to induce stomach disease. So drink less new tea, and avoid drinking new tea that has been stored for less than a month.
2. Don't drink too much tea
Strong tea will increase the excitability of the human body and cause adverse effects on the cardiovascular system and nervous system. People with cardiovascular diseases should avoid drinking strong tea, otherwise they may have tachycardia, even arrhythmia and other conditions.
3. Don't drink the first time of tea
Tea will be polluted by pesticides and other harmful substances during cultivation and processing, and there will always be some pesticide residues on the surface of tea. Therefore, the first time of tea is used to wash the tea, and should be discarded.
4. Don't drink overnight tea
Overnight tea party has a large amount of theophylline, which may have a bad effect of "decalcification".
5. Don't drink a lot of tea before and after meals
Drinking a large amount of tea or drinking too much tea before or during meals will affect the absorption of calcium, iron, zinc and other nutrients.
Don't drink tea while drinking milk or other dairy products. Theophylline and tannic acid in tea will combine with calcium in milk products to form insoluble calcium salts, which will be discharged from the body, greatly reducing the nutritional value of milk products.
6. Don't drink tea after drinking
After drinking, the alcohol in the wine will enter the blood through the gastrointestinal tract, and then be converted into acetaldehyde in the liver, acetaldehyde will be converted into acetic acid, and acetic acid will be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water and discharged out of the body.
If you drink tea after drinking, theophylline in tea can quickly diuretic effect on the kidney, thus promoting the undecomposed acetaldehyde to enter the kidney prematurely, and acetaldehyde will produce certain stimulation on the kidney.
