Select the appropriate operation time: if there is acute infection in the foreskin, the operation should not be performed until the inflammation subsides; If there is chronic inflammation in the foreskin and it does not heal for a long time, surgery should be performed as early as possible regardless of age, which is beneficial to the control of inflammation; If the foreskin is too long or phimosis affects sexual life after marriage, or causes infertility, surgery should also be taken. Of course, the best time for surgery is before any secondary disease occurs.
Clean the genitals: from 3 days before the operation, wash the genitals with warm water or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution every day. During cleaning, the foreskin should be turned over to expose the coronal groove and thoroughly remove the foreskin scale.
