Massage methods for improving men's immunity
1. Navel
The navel is the only acupuncture point in the human body that can be touched with your hands and seen with your eyes. It is called the Shenque.
It is connected to twelve meridians, so it has always been regarded by doctors as a key point for treating diseases. Frequent tapping of the navel can play a role in calming the nerves and heart, soothing the liver and gallbladder, harmonizing qi and blood, and smoothing the triple energizer.
2. Lumbosacral fossa
The lumbosacral fossa, commonly known as the "waist eye", is a depression in the lumbosacral region of the human body.
The lumbosacral region bears the weight of the entire upper body, so as you age, it is easy to develop symptoms such as low back pain due to strain on the lumbosacral region.
Frequent massage of the lumbosacral fossa has the effect of loosening muscles and bones and eliminating fatigue. In the sitting position, lean slightly forward and use your left and right hands to apply virtual palms to continuously tap the lumbosacral region for 5-10 times.
However, tapping is not recommended for elderly people with severe cardiovascular disease or osteoporosis.
Method
Take a sitting position or supine position, use your left and right hands to apply virtual palms, apply force with your forearms, and continuously gently pat the navel 100 times. Or stimulate the navel with hot compress, massage, and other methods.
3. Cubital fossa
The cubital fossa is a triangular depression in front of the elbow joint, which is a very dense area of meridians. Frequent massage can play a role in promoting qi, promoting blood circulation, dispersing stasis, and removing toxins.
Take a sitting or supine position, straighten one upper limb, with the elbow fossa facing upward, and use the other hand to exert virtual palms, alternately tapping each side 100 times. If it is a family member who helps with the patting, it can be performed simultaneously on both sides.
4. Armpit
There is a acupoint on the apex of the armpit called Jiquan acupoint. Frequent massage can broaden the chest, calm the mind, and harmonize qi and blood.
In modern medicine, the lymphatic tissue in the armpit is very rich, and regular massage can promote blood circulation and improve immunity.
Massage methods
Cross your arms in front of your chest, press the opposite armpit with both hands, gently massage and pinch with your fingers, each time for about 3 minutes; Then, lift the left hand up, tap the left underarm with the palm of the right hand, and then lift the right hand up, tap the right underarm with the palm of the left hand, each time for 30 to 50 times, repeating the operation for 5 times.
5. Popliteal fossa
The popliteal fossa is a rhombus shaped groove in the posterior area of the knee, which is rich in blood vessels and nerves. Frequent tapping has the effect of promoting qi, promoting blood circulation, and alleviating spasms.
A very important acupoint in the popliteal fossa is called Weizhong, which is often massaged, and has a good effect on common painful diseases such as sciatica, calf fatigue, neck soreness, and hip pain.
Massage methods
Take a sitting or prone position and use your own or family members' virtual palms to continuously tap both popliteal sockets.
