This naturally leads to increased contact between men and women, mutual or unilateral expressions of affection and admiration, and situations such as writing notes or whispering. This is actually just a pure longing for the opposite sex during their hazy period. During this period, they developed rapidly physiologically and approached adulthood characteristics, along with their psychological immaturity and immaturity, as well as their emotional sensitivity and instability, resulting in disharmony and imbalance.
They are in great need of the help of parents and teachers during this period to solve the aforementioned disharmony or contradictions, and to help them use reason to control or guide their emotions. These situations can only indicate that children need help and need guidance from parents and teachers to understand what friendship is and what love is. But parents and teachers often make a fuss of describing this kind of friendship as early love, not enlightening their thoughts, but instead accusing and suppressing their normal interactions, and even treating them with a rough and harsh attitude, which can cause children's disgust and have adverse consequences. The motivation of parents and teachers is certainly for the good of their children, but due to a lack of understanding of adolescent characteristics and the influence of the old concept of "not learning well" in contact with the opposite sex, they have not been able to provide correct guidance.
If we help them understand the behavioral norms to be followed in interpersonal relationships, especially in sexual relationships, during this period; Help them exercise their willpower and exert their subjective initiative; Their vigorous energy can be directed towards areas that contribute to their intellectual development and the formation of good character.
Therefore, sexual knowledge education and sexual morality education are extremely important components of adolescent education and cannot be ignored.
