When everyone is wearing a snug, stylish T-shirt, and when in the swimming pool, having a flat and tight belly can literally increase a man's attractiveness several times. So how do you actually have tight abs? Today's editor recommends a yoga exercise to sculpt and tighten your abs for men!
Yoga Move 1: [Simple Triangle]
matters needing attention:
When performing this yoga triangle movement, because the yoga movement of this move requires constant twisting of the body, the requirements for body flexibility are relatively high. Generally, it is best to perform this movement after completing sufficient warm-up exercises, which can prevent muscles and bones from being pulled, and also prevent sprains in the joints of the body during twisting. After completing the warm-up exercise, you can officially start practicing this action.
Action steps:
1. Mountain Standing.
2. Take a deep breath and jump apart your legs, keeping your feet 3 to 3.5 feet apart. Raise your arms flat on your shoulders, palms facing down. Keep your arms parallel to the ground.
3. Rotate the right foot 90 degrees to the right, turn the left foot slightly to the right, keep the left leg extended from the inside, and keep the knee straight.
4. Exhale and bend the torso to the right, with the palm of the right hand close to the right ankle. If possible, the palm of the right hand should be completely on the ground.
5. Extend your left arm upward, in line with your right shoulder, and extend your torso. The back of the legs, back, and hips should be in a straight line. Focus on the extended left thumb. Raise your right knee, facing your toes, and always keep it straight.
6. Hold this position for half a minute to one minute, breathing evenly and deeply. Then lift the right palm from the ground and inhale back to step 2 above.
7. Now rotate your left foot 90 degrees to the left, turn your right foot slightly to the left, straighten your knees, and continue to Step 2 and Step 6. Then inhale and return to the ground for 2 steps. The left side is held for the same time as the right side.
8. Exhale and jump back to Mountain Pose.
