This type of patients is called non oliguria type acute renal failure, and their condition is mostly mild with a good prognosis. However, regardless of whether urine volume decreases or not, a series of clinical manifestations of uremia can occur with decreased renal function. Infection is another common and serious complication of acute renal failure. In acute renal failure or during the course of disease development, multiple organ failures can also be combined, with a mortality rate of up to 70%.
3、 Recovery period
"The disease is in the recovery period, and of course all aspects of the condition have stabilized. During this period, renal tubular cells will undergo regeneration, repair, and the integrity of renal tubules will be restored.". The glomerular filtration rate gradually returned to normal or approached the normal range. After the oliguria stage, the polyuria stage begins, and the renal tubular epithelium begins to regenerate. At this time, due to the elimination of ischemia and toxic substances, blood circulation has been restored; The raw tubular epithelial cells still lack the ability to concentrate urine, and the specific gravity of urine is still below 1.015; The metabolites of qualitative blood and pond play the role of osmotic diuresis, so the urine volume increases, which is called polyuria.
