Researchers from the Institute of Psychobiology at the University of Chicago selected 39 heterosexuality men aged 21-31 and 5 women aged 19-23. These women are young and beautiful, and they will approach men separately and chat with them. Before and after women approached male participants, researchers extracted saliva from the male's mouth for analysis.
The results showed that when male subjects engaged in a short conversation, the amount of saliva in their mouths remained unchanged; When male subjects engage in interactive conversations with women for only 5 minutes, their saliva in the mouth increases significantly, and the testosterone content also increases accordingly.
Researchers say that when men come into contact with beautiful women, their bodies produce a series of reactions, and their hormones change accordingly, manifested in the oral area, which is an increase in testosterone in saliva. This similar phenomenon can also be observed in the courtship process of vertebrates.
