Which part of the body does syphilis appear in? Not washing hands after defecation can spread syphilis
Syphilis is a common transmission disease of Treponema pallidum infection in the human body, which has existed for hundreds of years and is now distributed worldwide. It can be divided into very important sexually transmitted diseases, congenital syphilis, pregnancy syphilis, and so on.
Specific symptoms and manifestations of syphilis
1、 Acquired syphilis
Early syphilis: Those infected within one year are highly contagious. Manifestation is a localized prickly heat under the hard skin. The incubation period from infection to prickly heat is 2-4 weeks.
Phase II syphilis: Phase II syphilis is a systemic symptom that occurs after a large amount of Treponema pallidum enters the bloodstream from lymph nodes and spreads in the human body. It usually occurs 7-10 weeks after infection or 6-8 weeks after the appearance of prickly heat.
Late stage syphilis: also known as tertiary syphilis, usually occurs 2 years after infection. Early syphilis often occurs without treatment, allowing it to pass through naturally, or with insufficient treatment, and undergoes a certain latent process, resulting in the occurrence of late syphilis in any part of the body that is significantly different from the early damage characteristics.
2、 Fetal syphilis (congenital syphilis)
Those under 2 years old are early congenital syphilis, while those over 2 years old are late congenital syphilis.
1. Early congenital syphilis: The serum titer of newborns (fetuses) is four times higher than that of the mother, or lumbar puncture diagnosis may be made.
2. Late congenital syphilis: Manifestations are divided into two groups:
One is the permanent mark left by early symptoms, which is no longer active: such as mulberry teeth, Hu's teeth, forehead protrusion, saddle nose, radiating scars around the oral skin, and bone hypertrophy of the sternoclavicular joint.
Secondly, there are clinical symptoms caused by active damage, including parenchymal keratitis, neuropathic deafness, abnormal cerebrospinal fluid, hepatosplenomegaly, nasal or palatal swelling, joint effusion, arthritis, and skin mucosal damage.

Oral cavity:
Oral inflammation can cause sore throat, oral ulcers, and redness in the oral mucosa. If you believe that laryngitis has occurred, go to a pharmacy to buy anti-inflammatory drugs and take them. The symptoms have been alleviated, but the effect is not significant.
Apart from oral mucosal inflammation, there may not be any other symptoms, and the body does not have the common syphilis rash. However, after a few days, there may be many rose like "rashes" on the body and hands, which can only be diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis positive through a blood test.
However, perhaps the patient's private parts have no symptoms. So experts say oral sex can also cause sexually transmitted diseases. The doctor said that due to syphilis and lack of protective measures during oral sex, the oral mucosa was infected with sexually transmitted diseases. After 2 or 3 days of oral sex, symptoms such as mucositis and small ulcers appeared in the oral cavity. Meanwhile, due to the use of condoms during sexual intercourse, the genital area may not be infected with syphilis.
