5、 Nighttime penile distension test (NpT): This is currently the only internationally recognized noninvasive test that can measure the penile nocturnal erectile response and also reflect penile stiffness. It can measure penile nocturnal erectile parameters, such as the frequency of each night's erection, the duration of each erection, penile erectile stiffness and inflation, and is of great significance in the diagnosis of functional and organic impotence.
6、 Test of vasoactive drugs injected into the cavernous body of the penis: vasoactive drugs can relax the cavernous arteries and smooth muscles of the cavernous sinus, reduce blood flow resistance, increase arterial perfusion, and reduce venous blood flow, thereby leading to erections.
