What tests must be done to diagnose male infertility?
1. Medical history collection: It is very important for male infertility to collect medical history correctly. Doctors should be conscientious and responsible, and they will keep it confidential for patients. Therefore, patients do not need to worry too much and should actively cooperate to truthfully reflect the relevant situation;
2. Physical examination: The examination of male infertility also includes the examination of the whole body and reproductive organs, with the emphasis on the examination of reproductive organs;
3. Laboratory testing: Semen testing is the most common test for diagnosing male infertility. Semen examination includes routine semen analysis, sperm morphology analysis, sperm membrane surface antibodies, seminal plasma biochemical tests, etc. Next, the detection of genital tract inflammatory diseases, such as mycoplasma and chlamydia, should be excluded;
4. Other examinations: Examination and diagnosis of male infertility also include scrotal ultrasound, endocrine examination, chromosome testing, testicular biopsy, etc.
