White or slightly yellow
The normal semen color is grayish white, and it is translucent milky white after liquefaction. Those who have not ejaculated for a long time may appear light yellow.
The semen appears yellow-green
If the semen appears yellow-green, it indicates that there may be inflammation in the male reproductive tract or accessory gonads (such as prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis).
Blood in semen
If the semen is red (including bright red, light red, dark red or sauce oil), it should be highly suspected that the semen contains blood (blood sperm). Those who contain a large number of red blood cells can be diagnosed as blood sperm, which is common in patients with paragonads and post-urethritis, and occasionally in patients with tuberculosis or tumor.
Semen is thick
Touch the liquefied semen with a glass rod, and gently lift it to form semen silk. If the semen is normal, the length of the semen filament should be less than 2 cm, otherwise it is considered abnormal.
Particles in semen
Granular crystals in semen may be protein particles, pigment particles and phospholipid bodies. It is normal if semen can liquefy after 30 minutes to 1 hour in the air. If it still can't liquefy, it means "semen is not liquefiable". It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for detailed examination.
The abnormality of "little tadpole" is a kind of warning, and we should pay attention to it. Of course, those who do not have such symptoms should also pay attention to prevention! Keep good habits of life, work and rest, and stay away from diseases, so as to live a better life.
