What factors lead to hypertension? What are the prevention and treatment measures for hypertension
According to the survey, the prevalence of hypertension in China has increased year by year, ranking the first in all kinds of diseases. At present, the number of patients in China has exceeded 100 million.
Is it hypertension?
The so-called blood pressure refers to the side pressure produced by blood flowing in the blood vessel on the blood vessel wall. Usually, the blood pressure includes systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. When doctors record blood pressure, for example, 120/80 mm Hg, 120 mm Hg is systolic pressure, 80 mm Hg is diastolic pressure, normal adult systolic pressure ≤ 140 mm Hg, diastolic pressure ≤ 90 mm Hg. Hypertension can be diagnosed when the rest time is more than 5 minutes and the blood pressure measured more than two times on different days is ≥ 140/90mmHg. It should be noted that blood pressure must be measured several times when diagnosing hypertension. People with only one rise in blood pressure cannot be diagnosed, and follow-up observation is required.
What factors cause hypertension
Long-term mental stress, obesity, salt intake and other factors can lead to hypertension. At the same time, hypertension has obvious genetic characteristics, and about half of hypertension patients have family history. In addition, people who drink and smoke for a long time, people who like animal fat, people who work and live in a noisy environment, and over-nervous mental workers have become the high incidence of hypertension. The incidence rate of hypertension in urban residents is higher than that in rural residents.
Common clinical manifestations and hazards of hypertension
Early hypertensive patients can show symptoms such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitation, dizziness, inattention, memory loss, numbness of hands and feet, fatigue, irritability, etc. In the later stage, the blood pressure continued to be at a high level, accompanied by brain, heart, kidney and other target organ damage. Hypertension itself is not terrible. What is frightening is the various complications caused by hypertension. Hypertensive heart disease (mainly manifested as left ventricular thickening), cerebral apoplexy (cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension) and hypertensive kidney disease are the most common.
Prevention and treatment of hypertension
1、 Regular inspection
Regularly measure blood pressure, detect and treat early, and take medicine on time for a long time according to the guidance of the doctor if suffering from hypertension.
2、 Reasonable diet structure
1. Control energy intake
It advocates starch, corn and other complex sugars, and does not eat glucose, fructose and sucrose, which are monosaccharides and are easy to cause the rise of blood lipids.
