1. Pruritus of urethra:

3. Vulvar neoplasms:

4. Skin rash all over the body:
If there are light red spots or dark red papules all over the body, which are not painful or itchy, the palms and soles can be seen together, and the cuff-like desquamation can be seen around the rash on the palms and soles, which is mostly considered as stage II syphilitic rash.
5. Urinary secretion:
If there is purulent secretion at the urethral orifice, which is thick and yellow, especially in the morning, it may be acute gonorrhea; If there is a small amount of transparent sticky secretion at the urethral orifice, it may be non-gonococcal urethritis.
6. Frequent urination, urgency, pain in urination, and redness and swelling of the urethral orifice:
Men with this symptom, if accompanied by painful erection of penis at night, are considered to be acute gonorrheal urethritis.
