Reason 3: Antigens and antibodies in semen. After liquefaction and separation at room temperature, semen can be divided into two parts: clarified seminal plasma and precipitated sperm, both of which contain a variety of proteins. The structure of this protein can be changed into antigens, which can occur in more than 30 types of human body, some of which are specific antigens of sperm, which can stimulate the body to produce specific antibodies, thereby affecting the development and maturation of sperm and forming infertility.
