、 Increased frequency of urination. No matter during the day or night, the frequency of urination increases compared to usual, far exceeding the normal situation of 3 to 4 times during the day and 1 to 2 times at night. The interval between urination is short and there is a constant urge to urinate.
、 Hesitation in urination. When you feel the urge to urinate, you have to stand in the restroom and wait for a while before urination can come slowly. The urine flow is fine, the discharge is weak, and the range is not far. Sometimes, it drips down like a thread from the urethral opening. As the saying goes, "When people age and their kidneys fail, they urinate and wet their shoes," which is actually one of the manifestations of prostate hyperplasia.
、 Night urinary incontinence. When sleeping at night, urine flows out uncontrollably, and in severe cases, this phenomenon can also occur during daytime.
、 Pain and urgency in urination. Urine in the bladder cannot be discharged cleanly, which can easily cause bacterial infections and lead to urinary pain and urgency.
、 Interruption of urination. After prostate hyperplasia, crystals in urine are prone to agglutination and form bladder stones, causing sudden interruption of urination in the elderly. Interruption of urination and the appearance of bladder stones are strong "signals" of prostate hyperplasia.
、 Prolonged rectal prolapse, bloody stools, or the occurrence of "small intestinal qi". This is caused by prolonged poor urination and increased abdominal pressure.
、 Excessive libido. Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia may exhibit increased libido that is not in line with their age in the early stages, or their libido may suddenly become stronger due to a consistent lack of sexual activity. This is often due to benign prostatic hyperplasia, which leads to dysfunction of the prostate and feedback to temporary enhancement of testicular function.
What are the early symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia? Prostate hyperplasia is a curable disease. If patients can detect symptoms in a timely manner in the early stages of the disease and actively take the correct treatment measures, it can be completely cured. Therefore, men must understand and master the symptoms of prostate hyperplasia!
