3. After the rash subsides, there may be pigmentation and peeling; Scarlet fever rash may subside with extensive peeling
4. Rash related signs: Patients with measles may have oral mucosal rash; Scarlet fever patients may have a poisonous tongue, pasteurization, and pale circles around the mouth. Accompanying symptoms and signs include rash and fever. Attention should be paid to the type, duration, and accompanying symptoms of fever, whether there are symptoms such as cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and central nervous system such as headache, vomiting, and mental disorders.
