Fallopian tube blockage is a common gynecological disease, and it is also very serious. Its direct harm is infertility. There are many reasons for illness. Usually, we should pay attention to the cooking of the body, especially the harm of gynecological inflammation.
Causes of tubal obstruction
1. Gynecological inflammation: pelvic and genitourinary inflammation is the cause of tubal obstruction. For example, mycoplasma infection, chlamydia infection, gonococcal infection, cervicitis, endometritis, adnexitis, etc. If not treated in time, the inflammation will spread to the fallopian tube, which will lead to fallopian tube blockage. If the infection of pelvic and genitourinary inflammation can be eliminated, the most important factor of fallopian tube obstruction can be eliminated in the cradle.
2. Surgical infection (infection after surgery in the uterine cavity, pelvic cavity and abdominal cavity): female genitalia is not an independent isolation system. There are many organs adjacent to the fallopian tube in the pelvic cavity alone. Inflammation of any organ in the pelvic cavity may affect the fallopian tube. Infection in the uterine cavity, pelvic cavity and abdominal cavity after surgery is also a major cause of tubal obstruction. If the disinfection is not strict, or the original reproductive system is chronically inflamed, it may cause postoperative infection, or the operation is not standardized during the operation, or the personal hygiene is not paid attention to after the operation, and the medical advice is not observed, etc., it may cause inflammation, thus affecting natural pregnancy.
3. Postpartum/post-abortion infection: infertility caused by induced abortion accounts for a certain proportion of infertility and tends to increase. The main causes of infertility after abortion are abnormal tubal patency (blockage or poor patency), uterine cavity adhesion, endometriosis, luteal insufficiency, etc.
In case of abortion or postpartum, the body's resistance is weakened, and the expanded cervical orifice has not been properly closed, the bacteria in the cervix may rise and infect the pelvis. If the sterilization is not strict or the anti-infection treatment is not paid attention to after the operation, it is easy to cause the bacteria to enter the fallopian tube, thus causing the fallopian tube to adhere and block.
4. Endometriosis: Some women with severe dysmenorrhea suffer from severe uterine contraction due to blockage of menstrual blood flow. On the one hand, it will cause severe pain. On the other hand, the strongly contracted uterus will press the exfoliated endometrium or blood clot into the fallopian tube, causing endometriosis, which is a physiological and mechanical blocking method; During artificial abortion, negative pressure suction is needed, and negative pressure in the uterus is needed. However, when the operation is over and the negative pressure is suddenly relieved, embryonic tissue and embryo appendages are easy to enter the fallopian tube and cause obstruction. This mechanical obstruction may be caused by the process of hysteroscopic dilatation, tubal infusion and radiography.
