Three dietary methods can be tried to differentiate other diseases from psoriasis of the vulva
Psoriasis of the external genitalia is a common skin disease and one of the gynecological diseases. After getting sick, we need to treat it symptomatically, and the treatment methods and daily diet are also particularly important.
Treatment of Psoriasis of the Vulva
1. Systemic treatment:
(1) In the treatment of Immunosuppressive drug drugs, commonly used drugs are methotrexate (MTX), Hydroxycarbamide, Ciclosporin, Tacrolimus and Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides. Hydroxycarbamide is suitable for erythrodermic psoriasis; Ciclosporin and Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides are suitable for pustular psoriasis.
(2) Retinoids are suitable for all kinds of psoriasis, especially erythrodermic psoriasis, localized or multiple pustular psoriasis. After medication, the patient's lips, eyes, and nasal mucosa become dry, with diffuse skin peeling, cracking, and itching. Pregnant women should not use it.
(3) Antibiotic therapy, specifically targeting common psoriasis. If there are patients with Tonsillitis and infection, penicillin and Erythromycin can be used for anti inflammation.
(4) Corticosteroid hormone treatment is limited to erythroderma, arthritis or generalized pustular psoriasis, and short-term use of other drugs has no obvious effect. Not applicable for psoriasis vulgaris.
(5) For the treatment of Thiamphenicol, Thiamphenicol is one of the first choice drugs for the treatment of pustular psoriasis. It has quick effect, high efficacy and little side effects. It can be taken orally alone or used in combination with Corticosteroid treatment. However, pregnant women must use it with caution.
(6) Vitamin preparation therapy, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D2, alpha calcitol (alpha D3 capsules), etc.
(7) Immune enhancement therapy, such as transfer factor, freeze-dried BCG vaccine vaccine and vaccine therapy.
2. External treatment: commonly used drugs include Corticosteroid, vitamin A acids, vitamin D3 analogues, Tacrolimus ointment, etc.
3. Physical therapy: Physical therapies such as bath therapy, sweating therapy, dialysis therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and phototherapy can be used.
4. Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment
(1) Blood heat type: equivalent to the progressive stage, with clearing heat, cooling blood, and promoting blood circulation as the treatment methods. Usage: Sophora japonica, white thatch root, fabric, purple grass root, red peony, salvia miltiorrhiza, and chicken blood vine.
(2) Blood dryness type: equivalent to a resting period, with the rule of nourishing blood, moisturizing the skin, promoting blood circulation, and dispersing wind. Recipes: Chicken Blood Vine, Angelica Sinensis, Tiandong, Ophiopogon japonicus, Shengdi, Tufu Ling, Danshen, Beehive. The above two are mainly used, and can be added or subtracted according to specific cases. Traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations includes compound Indigo Naturalis pills, etc.
