The hazards of pelvic inflammatory disease
1. Mental and psychological impact. It is a common pelvic inflammatory disease hazard. Chronic inflammation that persists and recurs can affect daily life, normal work, and physical and mental health.
2. Ectopic pregnancy. Pelvic inflammatory disease is often caused by untimely treatment. Over time, it can cause adhesions in the inner layer of the fallopian tubes, leading to narrowing or occlusion of the lumen. In this way, the operation of eggs, sperm or Zygote will be blocked, resulting in ectopic pregnancy.
3. Infertility. Pelvic disc inflammation directly affects the function of the uterus and fallopian tubes, especially chronic pelvic disc inflammation, where the fallopian tubes become rigid or blocked, seriously affecting the movement of sperm and the transportation of eggs, ultimately leading to infertility.
4. Dysmenorrhea. Osteoarthritis is related to all internal parts of the reproductive organs, including inflammation of the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. Therefore, dysmenorrhea has a wide range, mainly manifested as continuous pain in the upper abdomen on both sides, which can radiate to the waist, accompanied by a sensation of anal distension.
5. Kidney disease. The pelvic connective tissue is connected to the retroperitoneal connective tissue and rises around the kidney. Acute pelvic connective tissue inflammation is not treated and spreads to tissues and organs such as the pelvic peritoneum and fallopian tubes, causing pelvic abscess to rise again, leading to abscess around the kidney.
