How to calculate the increase in pension
According to national requirements, the adjustment schemes in the above-mentioned regions generally adopt a combination of quota adjustment, hook adjustment, and appropriate tilt adjustment methods.
Quota adjustment

For enterprise retirees, a unified monthly increase of 50 yuan per person in Beijing, 80 yuan in Shanghai, 70 yuan in Guangxi, 30 yuan in Yunnan, and 77 yuan per person in Shaanxi is expected.
Hook adjustment
"That is, more is paid, and longer is paid, more is paid.".
After the quota adjustment, it will be further calculated based on factors such as the number of years of contribution and the level of basic pension.
Take Yunnan for example:
The payment period is increased by 2 yuan per person per month for each full year, plus 2.5% of my basic pension amount in December 2015.

Take Beijing for example:
65 to 70 years old, an additional 50 yuan per person per month;
70 to 75 years old, increase by 60 yuan;
75 to 80 years old, an increase of 70 yuan;
Over 80 years old, increase by 80 yuan.
