Tianlishi, derived from the Japanese national treasure "Yixin Fang", is a unique prescription in the world. What kind of book is' Yixin Fang '? What legendary stories are there?
Yixin Fang was born in 984 AD, during the early Northern Song Dynasty in China. In fact, as early as the early Sui Dynasty in the 7th century AD, Japan began sending international students to China. During the Northern Song Dynasty, after nearly 300 years of cultural exchange, Japan gradually learned China's advanced agricultural and handicraft skills, and more importantly, advanced traditional Chinese medicine culture. This laid a solid foundation for the later development of Japanese Chinese medicine.
The author of "Yi Xin Fang", Danbo Kanglai, was a Japanese imperial physician during the reign of Emperor Yuanrong. Due to his profound education and excellent medical skills, he repeatedly cured the difficult and complex diseases of the emperor and empress. He was given the surname Danbo by Emperor Yuanrong and was appointed as a fifth grade medical doctor. It was with the strong support of Emperor Yuanrong that Danbo Kanglai began his legendary journey of writing "Yi Xin Fang". After decades of hard work, on the basis of summing up the essence of traditional Chinese medicine before the Song Dynasty and the essence of Japanese and Chinese medicine, I finally wrote the medical masterpiece "Yi Xin Fang", which is about the events after exile.
In 984 AD, Danbo Kanglai dedicated this book to Emperor Yuanrong, and from then on, this medical masterpiece was kept locked in the deep palace courtyard. It was not until 1554 that Emperor Masami of Japan bestowed it on another royal family in the palace - the Bani family. The Banjing family is an old rival of the Danbo family in the palace and a descendant of the Qi family. In order to regain this medical masterpiece and benefit future generations, the Danbo family and the Bani family began a struggle for over 300 years. It was not until around 1867 that Danbo's descendants successfully "borrowed" this book from the Bani family and printed it for publication, commonly known as the "Bani Ben". This royal secret script, the oldest surviving medical technique in Japan, was truly published.
"Yi Xin Fang" is the earliest extant Chinese medicine health care and disease treatment canon in Japan. It has collected 204 Chinese medical classics, most of which have been lost in China. It is the culmination of Japanese Chinese medicine at that time, with a wide range of contents and various fields of medicine, as well as health care and sexual medicine. The latter has led to its being regarded as a quasi forbidden book in Chinese Mainland for decades.
In 1982, 1000 years after the completion of the book "Yi Xin Fang", the "Bani Ben" was purchased by the Japanese Cultural Agency and became a national treasure two years later. It is now collected at the National Museum in Tokyo.
Japan is the country with the longest lifespan in the world, the country with the fewest obese population, and one of the most beautiful women, all thanks to the contributions of Chinese medicine represented by the "Yixin Formula".
Yixin Fang "originates from the masterpiece of traditional Chinese medicine. It is not only a national treasure of Japan, but also a common wealth of all humanity. With its in-depth exploration, it will undoubtedly benefit the health of all humanity.
