After waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night, practice for 10-20 minutes each time.
Specific steps
Flatten the sitting position and undress the broadband: place your hands flat in the middle of your thighs, with your fingers pointing forward; Place your feet parallel to the ground, shoulder width apart; The lips naturally close, and the tip of the tongue naturally licks on the upper jaw. Close your eyes and look at the intersection of the Baihui acupoint with the Yin acupoint, the Shenque acupoint on the navel, and the Mingmen acupoint. Once your energy is determined, start taking action.
With the left hand in front, support the Shenque acupoint on the navel, and with the right hand behind, support the Mingmen acupoint; Place the center of the right foot on the back of the left foot, cross the two feet, and face the small toe of the right foot forward with the second toe of the left foot.
Then, the left hand first spirals left from the inside out (i.e. turns back to the left from the left), and the right hand also rotates in the same direction.
Then switch hands, with the right hand in front and the left hand behind, and then spiral right from the outside to the inside (opposite to the direction of the forward turn); At the same time, gently rub the right foot back and forth freely on the back of the left foot; After exchanging hands, both feet also switch, and then the left foot freely rubs back and forth on the back of the right foot.
After changing hands left and right, return the palm to the Shenque acupoint and Mingmen acupoint on the navel as one pass. After completing one pass, restore the original posture, and use consciousness to guide the whole body to relax, from head to foot, three times.
Regular practice of this skill can strengthen the kidneys and essence, strengthen bones and waist, and have a good improvement effect on various kidney deficiency symptoms, as well as prolong life.
