Six massage methods for self rejuvenation
Before going to bed, place one hand on the upper and lower abdomen of the pubic bone under the navel, and the other hand on the lower abdomen, slowly rubbing from left to right, to consciously warm the abdomen.
Before going to bed, place both hands on the groins on both sides (the root of the thigh) and gently massage with the palm in an oblique direction for 36 times, which can be massaged several times a week. This has a certain effect on enhancing sexual desire and improving energy.
3. Rub the testicles to warm both hands. First, hold both testicles with your right hand, and place the right testicle on the ribbed surface of your thumb, index finger, and middle finger. 4. When rubbing both ears in the morning, gently circular rub with fingertips or rib surfaces on both sides of the ear such as the ear wheel body, or gently press and knead to reduce local swelling pain and heat. This method has the effect of reconciling yin and yang, dredging qi and blood, and strengthening the kidney and essence. It has been advocated by health practitioners of various dynasties.
5. Climb the foot and strengthen the kidney to take a supine position, pull both hands from the knee to the hip joint, and ascend through the front armpit line to the head. Cross your hands, palm up, push your feet straight, and both hands fall straight from the top. Extend your hands forward, bend your upper body forward, and move your hands to the Yongquan acupoint of the foot center. Push your feet straight, with opposite force between your hands and feet. Release your hands to restore your body to a supine state. Repeat this for 10 times, or depending on your ability, determine the number of times. This method has the effect of strengthening the waist and knees, tonifying the kidney and consolidating essence.
6. Rub the palms of both hands on the same side of the waist and rub them back and forth from top to bottom for about 2 minutes, with a slight heat in the deep part as the degree, or with both hands clenched, alternately hit the waist with both hands on the back plane, with moderate force, preferably about 100 blows per side. The waist is the mansion of the kidney, which is also known as the "Mojing Gate". It has the effects of strengthening the kidney, waist, essence, and meridians.
