Prostatitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in adult male urinary and reproductive system diseases. According to statistics, more than 10% of adult men have prostatitis.
Prostatitis generally does not pose a threat to life, but it can seriously affect the quality of life of men. Because there is no uniform standard for the treatment of prostatitis, and some patients with prostatitis have unsatisfactory curative effect, some patients have to go to hospital randomly, and some private medical institutions are not standardized in diagnosis and treatment, which brings heavy economic burden and serious psychological pressure to patients. Here, we should tell the patients that prostatitis is not terrible. Most patients and their families can detect whether they and their families have prostatitis by themselves. There are also some self-healing health care methods, which are convenient for patients to diagnose, treat and recover early.
Self-detection method for prostatitis

2、 Pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. Prostatitis patients often suffer from pain, swelling and discomfort in the lower abdomen, groin area, perineum, perianal area and testis, as well as pain in the waist, wet scrotum, and even joint pain. Often with the progress of the disease, the degree of pain gradually increases, and the number of pain sites gradually increases.
