Phimosis will not affect the development of penis, but phimosis may cause penis disease
The symptoms of phimosis and redundant prepuce are common in men. Generally speaking, male foreskin will cover the entire penis head and external orifice of urethra during the development of penis in children and adolescents, and the foreskin is too long. This is also phimosis. From this point of view, phimosis will not affect the development of penis. With the development of the male body, the volume of the penis increases, the foreskin recedes, and the penis head and urethral orifice are exposed. About 8% of male penises cannot be exposed automatically after adulthood, forming phimosis.
Phimosis has no substantial effect on the development of penis, but phimosis causes penis disease.
1. Premature ejaculation
The penis can not be exposed for a long time, and it is sensitive after being stimulated. So far, to some extent, it is the inducement of premature ejaculation.
2. Cause various diseases such as inflammation
The prepuce mouth of phimosis symptoms is very small, and some are even as large as pinholes. The urine flow is small, slow, and urination is difficult. There will be prepuce edema and secretion of purulent substances and severe pain in urination. At the same time, there is a narrow ring on the prepuce. The penis head is dark purple, embedded in the prepuce for a long time, and the glans may be necrotic. If it is serious, it may cause dysuria and urine accumulation. If the penis is not exposed for a long time, it will accumulate foreskin scale and cause itching of the penis. If it is stimulated for a long time, it will cause vitiligo, calculus, infection and cancer.
The treatment methods of phimosis are mainly supportive treatment, surgical treatment and rehabilitation treatment: the treatment cycle is generally 2-4 weeks, of which the surgical treatment is good, and the treatment rate is 98%. According to different local hospitals, the treatment cost is generally about 1000-5000 yuan.
1. For incarcerated phimosis, manual reduction, if the reduction fails, emergency incision of the dorsal prepuce.
2. Generally, phimosis adopts circumcision, which is applicable to
(1) Fibrous narrow ring at prepuce opening
(2) Recurrent penile foreskin
(3) For people with narrow prepuce mouth, do not perform circumcision in the case of buried penis
