There are two ways to perform waist massage exercises.
1、 Rub the palms of your hands together until the palms are warm, then place them on your waist, palm them towards the skin, and massage your waist up and down until you feel the heat. It can be done twice in the morning and evening, approximately 200 times each time. This exercise can tonify the kidneys and nourish qi.
2、 Make fists with both hands, and use the palmar joints of both thumbs to massage the waist and eyes naturally with the outstretched parts of the palms behind the arms. Do a circular rotation massage inward, and gradually exert force until the feeling of swelling is good. Continue to massage for about 10 minutes, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. The waist is the home of the kidneys, and regular waist eye massage can prevent and treat chronic muscle strain, back pain, and other symptoms caused by kidney deficiency in middle-aged and elderly people.
Foot massage method
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the Yongquan acupoint directly connects to the kidney meridian, and the foot spring acupoint method in the foot center is the place where the turbid qi decreases. Regular massage of Yongquan acupoint can benefit the essence and kidneys, strengthen physical health, prevent premature aging, and promote sleep. It has a certain therapeutic effect on dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, hemoptysis, nasal congestion, headache, etc. caused by kidney deficiency. The method of foot massage is to soak your feet in warm water before going to bed every day, then rub your hands together and massage the right foot with your left heart. Massage the left foot with your right heart more than 100 times each time, preferably by rubbing your feet hot. This method has the effect of strengthening the kidney, nourishing yin, and reducing fire, and is very effective for the common deficiency heat syndrome in middle-aged and elderly people.
Binaural massage method
When waking up in the morning, gently circular rub or gently press with fingertips or ribbed surfaces on both sides of the ear, such as the ear wheel body, to relieve local swelling and pain, as well as heat sensation. This method has the effect of regulating yin and yang, dredging qi and blood, and strengthening the kidneys and essence. Advocated by health practitioners throughout history.
Testicular massage method
Rub both hands hot, first hold both testicles with your right hand, so that the right testicle is located in the palm of the hand, and the left testicle is located on the rib of the thumb, index finger, and middle finger. Then gently massage and turn 30 to 50 times to the right and left, until there is a slight swelling and no pain. Then gently massage with your left hand as described above.
