1. Vitamin C

5. Diuretics such as spironolactone

6. Anticancer drugs
It can interfere with the synthesis of sperm DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), leading to sperm genetic mutations, sperm malformations, causing wife malformations, miscarriages, etc. Cyclophosphamide can cause a decrease in the number of sperm in men, while nitrogen mustard, vincristine, and cisplatin can cause significant damage to sperm.
7. Antihypertensive drugs
Reserpine can cause men to not ejaculate, reduce libido, and induce sexual dysfunction. Guanethidine causes penis failure to erect, delayed ejaculation, or no ejaculation.
8. Cardiovascular drugs such as methyldopa, hydrabendazine, and methamine
Clonidine, a treatment for hypertension, and cardiac stimulants such as digitalis and digoxin can all lead to decreased sexual function in men. Propranolol, which is used to treat arrhythmia, is prone to side effects such as decreased libido and erectile dysfunction of the penis.
