① Tai Chi Boxing
Slow exercise centered around the waist is very suitable for middle-aged people with weak physique to exercise. The kidney is located in the waist, and regular activity in the waist can ensure smooth circulation of qi and blood in the waist, continuously replenishing kidney qi.
② Strengthening Kidney Exercise
