Sexual Health
It is the hardest and most fragile, and sometimes it softens before it can even lift its head
It is the hardest and most fragile: a woman's heart as cold as a rock can fully open for it; But erections are highly susceptible to multiple factors, and sometimes they soften before they even have time to "lift their heads".
For example, in the eyes of many modern people, smoking is a way to relieve stress and calm emotions and thoughts. But the various harms it brings are unexpected for many smokers.
Professor Wissinger from the University of Vienna, Austria, once found that a person's sexual function and reproductive ability are closely related to whether they smoke or not. People who frequently smoke, especially those who smoke more than ten cigarettes a day, have significantly lower libido than non-smokers, and have much less sexual activity than non-smokers. More seriously, men who smoke for a long time are very likely to experience sexual dysfunction. A study jointly conducted by the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong, Guanghua Hospital and the Hong Kong Family Planning Association shows that people who smoke 18 cigarettes a day have a 36.5% chance of serious erectile dysfunction (ed), and if they smoke more than 20 cigarettes, the chance of ed will rise to 50%.
Cigarettes contain various chemicals that can cause vascular sclerosis in the sponge body of the penis, weaken the congestion response, and thus lead to erectile dysfunction. In addition to smoking, many factors such as excessive drinking, frequent staying up late, substance abuse, excessive stress, lack of exercise, and organic diseases can have adverse effects on male erections. Therefore, in order to maintain a good and satisfactory erection state, it is crucial to change bad lifestyle habits.
