Prostatitis is a very common disease among male diseases. Many male friends may suffer from this disease if they do not pay attention to their personal habits.
So, how did prostatitis come about?
1. Urine irritation
Male urine contains a variety of acid-base chemicals. When male local neuroendocrine disorders occur, it is easy to cause high pressure in the posterior urethra and damage at the opening of the prostate tube. At this time, the acid-base chemicals in urine will enter the prostate and eventually lead to the onset of prostatitis.
2. Prostatic hyperemia
Abnormal sexual life, direct compression of the perineum, unhealthy lifestyle, excessive massage, cold and so on can easily lead to prostate congestion, formation of inflammatory reaction, and eventually lead to prostatitis.
3. Anxiety, depression, fear
According to clinical research, 50% of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis patients are caused by anxiety, depression, fear, pessimism and other symptoms of excessive tension.
Psychological factors are related to age. The mental burden of younger patients is significantly greater than that of older patients. Therefore, male friends should pay attention to it, maintain a positive and optimistic attitude at ordinary times, and do not put too much pressure on themselves.
4. Pathogenic microorganism infection
Prostatitis can be divided into non-specific bacterial prostatitis, idiopathic bacterial prostatitis (also known as prostate disease), specific prostatitis (caused by gonococcus, tuberculosis, fungi, parasites, etc.), non-specific granulomatous prostatitis, prostatitis caused by other pathogens (such as virus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc.), prostate congestion and prostate pain.
5. Immune factors, allergy
The occurrence of prostatitis is closely related to immune factors. According to relevant investigations, congenital or acquired immunodeficiency is prone to produce anti-prostate antibodies, which eventually leads to prostate tissue damage and prostatitis.
If bacteria, virus, mycoplasma infection, etc. are not found during the inspection, the existence of immune factors can be considered. In addition, allergic reaction to a certain virus can also lead to inflammation, especially in some patients with low body resistance, who are highly sensitive to the virus and are prone to cause prostatitis.
